There are a number of FREE downloads of both digital audio AND lead sheets, and their prices for songs only available by purchase are well within the norm—from $1.99 to $2.99, words & chords, lead sheet and audio. Brentwood-Benson has access to over 60,000 copyrights and owns the world's largest Christian music publishing catalog. And they've changed their policy from just one free download per week to unlimited downloads of their free material, as long as you register (for free) first.

Browsing the site, I was excited to see another that had listings of top CCLI songs. It appeared that the titles were all on the Top 25, except one, from a previous listing. But there are no downloads of these top songs. However, what the site IS offering are a number of free song and lead sheet downloads of others with similar themes to those on the popular CCLI list. That's a great supplement for worship leaders, and the majority are free.
